Why employees need laws as the others

Laws are made for every body and there are no exceptions for some people.All laws are made to be followed and and not to stay on paper.All people should do right things and they should act according to what the law states.The laws ensure smooth running of place and for things to be made in an orderly manner.Employee Law is that they should respect there employers and people who have given them opportunities to work.It shows that you should respect resources,facilities and equipments of a company where you are working.One is supposed to handle things with care a avoid breakages and to avoid to pay.They should not let bosses overload them with a lot of job as not agreed on contract.If work is on increase they should add more workers and if you are ones to do the job they should give you additional pay.They should not delay your salaries but to be paid on time and the date which they came to conclusion together.They should treat each other with respect and help each other job they are doing.
