How bad ratings can cause a business to go under

There is something I know from people who play games, be it online or through their devices like play station, they do not like it when they pay for something and it does not deliver. There is a time my brothers and his friends decided to try a gaming device called the Gizmondo. They had heard that one could be able to see advertisements on the device whilst they were playing and they could not wait to see that. It did not happen and they were very disappointed and so were other customers who could not understand why they would say that it could do something and yet it could not. About the same time, they got word that users of the Gizmondo world wide were having the same problem. This caused it to be branded as the worst gaming device. This deserved horrible rating, as my brothers and his friends put it, cost them a lot of money and they had to close down. From that time onwards, my brother and his group of friends stick to products they are aware of.
